The stench of black pastel paint and smudged ink fingers were stained, Minsoo was working on a new master piece. It was like a battle royale, a dragon, snake and eagle about to battle. He has been working hard on this project for an upcoming art gallery that is happening around his area.

Ever since moving to Japan, he has been trying to perfect his potential aspects of art. But the stress was starting to catch up to him. 

He remembered a friend who was coming by, hearing a knock and a door opening with a “hello” his head tilted up to see Hara walking in with a bag filled with various snacks and two cups of coffee. “Hey there, you’re here early..” Minsoo replied. Obvious tired lines were on his expression. And Hara took notice. “Have you been working all day?” Minsoo only nodded.

Hara pursed her plush lips and grabbed his wrists to pull him up. “Cuddle time. No if’s or buts okay?” She said, plopping them on the futon bed. He groaned softly when the comforting sheets enveloped his aching body, pulling her close into his embrace. She began to sing a soft tune, soothing his mind as her fingers threaded through his short locks of hair. For the first time in months he felt at peace, his eye lids shutting and was completely drowned out. He felt at home again.
